Welcome to the IAppoint Administrative Set Up

If you need to manage the Organization Details for recording the details of a new organization/updating the existing one, click on the Organization menu item and select the actions from the sub menu accordingly.

If you need to manage the Location Details viz. Recording a new Location or Editing an existing one, click on the Location menu item and select the actions from the sub menu accordingly.

If you need to manage the Roles viz. Recording a new Role or Editing an one, click on the Roles menu item and select the actions from the sub menu accordingly.

If you need to manage the Resources viz. Recording a new Resource or Editing an existing one, click on the Resources menu item and select the actions from the sub menu accordingly. A Resource is defined as the who delivers the service to the customers.

If you need to manage the Services offred viz. Recording a new Service or Editing an existing one, click on the Services menu item and select the actions from the sub menu accordingly. Under the Services Menu item you can record/update the details of the services. Besides this, you can also publish the schedule of the Service for it to be enrolled/reserved by the customers

If you need to manage the Organizational Holidays viz. Recording a new Holiday or Editing an existing one, click on the Holidays menu item and select the actions from the sub menu accordingly. The dates falling on the holidays will be discounted when the Service is published.
